Location is great!! View from the balcony (with a bathtub)is awesome (I requested rooms with ocean view).
Service is good when we saw the employees (even though i think the hotel needs a few more employees)
Hotel must have been awesome when new and I'm sure it will be great again ONCE REMODELING IS FINISHED. For the time being, rooms need work. Cracked walls, need fixing, repainting, cleaning. Showers need to be replaced, etc.
Even with this needed repairs, our stay was GREAT for the price we paid.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price. I WOULD call this a hidden gym. It's behind the main street.

You can walk to many restaurants and the malls. To the tourist zone bars you will need a taxi.

The rooms are huge and very clean. You have access to one of the most beautiful and private beaches in the whole area.

First of all this hotel is not bad as the reviews. If you come to Cancun and planing to stay to sleep and explore Cancun. This is your hotel. Nice bed and ac. Not all include hotel. You get what you paid for. This hotel is located in a premium area in Cancun. Usually hotel in that area are super expensive. 2 things I recommend. If you don’t like something. Just ask. They will try the best to help. Don’t stay inside the hotel and explore!

Very odd place. Feels like an abandoned palace. Upsides: quiet, good location, AC and hot water. Downsides: needs some TLC, hot tub doesn’t look like it been used in decades, restaurant barely open, elevator broken, tennis court not functional.
Expect a place to sleep, not a resort.

Very spacious rooms. All wooden made. Jacuzzi. Ocean and lagoon views. Pool, beach access, bet and umbrellas included. Special fine art decorated. A lot of sculptures and paintings. Friendly service staff.

Beautiful little hotel! I believe most of room have view to the blue Cancun beach! Food is not the best, but it there is a lot of restaurants options around. Rooms need a little be more of love, still they are spacious and have balconies. Staff was very friendly and hotel looks very secure.

The best!!! The place is the most peaceful that can be. With such a beautiful view to Cancun beach. It’s such a secure and clean hotel. And let’s not talk about the restaurant, the most delicious food I’ve ever tried. Shoutout to Don Oscar, the most kind and fun waiter.
