The place was a bit hard to find since it’s in the back of the sopping center; just head toward the sea. We Had a great time here, we had 2 activities scheduled back to back. We toured on the small boat for about 90min and stop somewhere were we went into the water to swim for a while then came back. The guide was nice but I felt that from time to time he was going to fast. For many, it’s maybe the first time driving boat so I’d presume he will be more understanding and not drive that fast. Beside that everything was explained to use prior to using the boat and the team was nice to us. Second activity was the speed boat, fun and shorter activity. Overall we had fun that day, I’ll definitely recommend it.

We took a trip from Cancun to Isla Mujeres with Jet Pack, our guide Gustavo was the best. He was exremely helpful u0026 patient with us. Ismeal, Leo u0026 Franco all were great and ensured us that our safety was a number one priority. On the way back from Isla Mujeres there was a life vest spotted in the distance u0026 these Guys sprang into immediate action. I highly recommend these Guys

The staff is really great and helped explain everything in detail so you feel more comfortable throughout the adventure. The jetpack was tough to get at first, but the experience was incredible! Franko was a great instructor and very patient.

I was about to reserve for my Birthday on my next travel to Cancun. But just reader the reviews and was enough to get away from this place. Just the fact of don’t allow you to bring your own phone and take your own pictures it’s enough to me. Then the staff asking for tips when they didn’t deserve it, that’s more than enough to look for another place.

The jetski experience was great, but the staff is not very professional. We made a reservation for a certain time and when we arrived the guy who sold us the ticket was busy eating and said we should go to the departure spot. We didn't feel like they cared at all about us. There the instructor told us to go back to the office without really listening to what we were asking. Then we went back to the office where we tried to get life jackets but they didn't want to give us the jackets for whatever reasons (they spoke spanish, not easy to understand). We then argued with the guys cause we didn't really feel respected as clients who just paid a good amount of money to them. Finally they gave in and gave us the coupons. We took the life jackets and drove the jetskis in the lagoon. It was cool and the lagoon is beautiful.
As I said, the staff people weren't very friendly, which is never good, no matter how cool the experience is. The prices are also way too high. Sure, if you're rich and you don't mind spending a lot of cash on some mediocre water activities, then I recommend it, but if you're not that then I don't recommend this company at all.

STAY AWAY!!! Once you give them your money they are rude only nice person was the one selling the package. Once you get there they won’t let you take pictures with your OWN phone because they want to scam more money out of you because they want to sell their pictures. Just stay far away from this place it’s over priced and overall horrible!! Everyone from the contract signing guy to the guy who brings you out to the jet skis were rude and gave weird vibes. On top of all that they want to ask for a tip at the end of it all when they did not provide any service that was worth tipping. Prices of pictures are absurd RUNN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!! Its one thing to provide extraordinary service for your customers to WANT to tip but for them to give the service they gave and ASK for a tip afterwards?? Funny.

Stay away from this place!! Booked 2 jet skis for my husband and i and arrived at the outdoor mall area google maps said the place was. Took 25 mins and constantly running around in different directions to ask people where Jetpack adventures was till we found the place. No signage at all in the area directing you where it’s located. Finally arrived and told I’m late, and only booked 1 jet ski. Showed my online receipt of the 2 jet skis and they agreed. They use this tactic to get more money out of you but i know what i booked. Gets worse. Went out with the tour guide and instead of him realizing the storm that was brewing in the sky was going to start to come down he told us we had 10 mins of free time to drive around. Literally as we were done a huge storm came in and huge waves were crashing against our jet skis. I thought i was going to die and the instructor is far as hell leaving us to fend for ourselves. My husband thankfully struggled himself to wait for me as we both could barely see from the pounding waves and hard rain coming down at us. I was petrified for my life! Will never use this company again. You would think with how much experience these people have they would know better than to take us out before a storm hits. Totally put me off from jet sking ever again. All they care about is money!
