A very easy to visit plaza with lots of stores to check out. What is really the hidden g m of the place, believe it or not, I is the Soriana Supermarket. It is right right smack in th middle of the Hotel area, walking distance (very short in deed) from the Royal Sands Resort. For all of you time shares folks, it has a great place to pick up your groceries and what nots. It has lots of food stuff and munchies from the States, great environment and really nice folks who go out if your way to serve you best. Do take care of them likewise with some gratuities!!...Check it out for yourselves!!!

Love this place calm and covered its cool inside no hawkers... even though some shops are closed but they have a couple of food options on 2nd floor at wayyyyy reasonable rate! And also you can sit down and just relax. We see a lot of local eat here, on the side of the there is a grocery store where it has cafeteria! And lots of bread, food, cofee you can buy salad, fruits, cheese ham and grocery shopping! If your in a budget best alternative ! We ride the bus to get here! Huge plus the staff in the foodcourt dont beg for tips! They serve you food and leave you alone! Best discovered place to eat in Cancun affordable and relaxing!

(12/2019)I upped my rating this year despite fewer stores. It's been renovated and you get much better deals here than at other malls. It's a more traditional mall than than other malls (I remember going here in 1993 - it was about the only option other than the markets) and it has a grocery store with a good variety of items and prices. The service is better and the people nicer. CHECK PRICES HERE FIRST before going to the other malls.

(12/2017)My favorite part of this mall is the grocery store up stairs. Other than that it's about what you would expect from a mall in Cancun. La Isla is north a short distance and across the street. It has more variety (and obnoxious activities vendors).

Excellent shopping mall. Very clean and very well maintained. Whilst they're under construction in some of the areas right now, they have kept the construction well-hidden and the main areas of the mall are fully operational and very very clean. I also like that they have clearly visible armed security guards in some of the higher end shops. People are very nice here and very friendly. Ain't tequila Grill Restaurant was excellent and the food was fantastic. I give the shopping mall 5 stars.

Place is nice but not many businesses are in. It was half empty for a while now. Use to be top shopping mall 10 years ago.

Beautiful mall but it is pretty much empty. Prices are very high in comparison to other areas for the same items. And the retailers were not as friendly to us as other mall staff. Some nice stores though.

This place it's pretty sad. it looks like he never got off the ground after completion. Clearly the Covid situation did not help. We go there simply to the go to the Soriana supermarket, but the shopping center is in pretty bad shape. Hardly any stores open, escalators are out of service, and it smells like raw sewage inside.
