One of the best resorts in Cancun! High class All-Inclusive hotel! Exceptional service with welcoming, professional, and friendly Staff, super clean and modern rooms, amazing and very relaxing place to stay, great restaurants where we had an amazing dining experience. This property is amazingly beautiful. The staff was very attentive to the guests needs. They all went above and beyond. The food at the restaurants was delicious. The rooms were well detailed clean with an amazing view of the ocean. The attention to detail from the staff to the restaurants were nothing but amazing!! The swim up pool was just as wonderful. We highly recommend. Thank you, Miss Fernanda, for the outstanding service, you made are stay seamless from the time we came to the time we left. We can’t wait to come back!!

I highly recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive! The staff was extremely welcoming and nice! The cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, along with the pool side food. The pool entertainment, bartenders, u0026 other staff around the pool were wonderful. The rooms were air-conditioned, very clean, and up to date. Every restaurant we were in was spotless and the waiters/waitresses were very friendly. House keeping comes everyday to pick up and make the bed. The lobby bar area was really cool, they had sporting events on and did occasionally played music.

I have been to this resort 5 times with my partner and we always have an amazing experience! The staff always treats us with kindness and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. The last time we visited in May 2022, Fernanda greeted us and made sure we got checked in quick and easy. She was so kind and found the best room for us, and truly made it a remarkable experience. The staff truly care about our happiness and strive to make our experience the best it can be. Definitely don't hesitate to book with this resort! Fernanda deserves a raise for her amazing service as well!

Very clean. Looks just like pictures. Really great place for a couple or family with kids. Not a terrible place for a single person if you want to relax but if you want to party, you probably should go elsewhere. Entertainment staff is high energy with the activities around the pool they do. Food and drinks were good for the most part. Not over the top but good choices and tasty. Staff was extremely nice. Beach had a lot of seaweed but that is a mother nature issue beyond the resorts control. Felt very safe there and would definitely go back!

I am amazed at the cleanliness, maintenance and staff who run this hotel. It is very obvious that they love their job and it makes you feel well cared for. My only issue is a personal matter because I feel that the ocean view rooms are in fact more a view of the pool area. I ended up having to pay for an upgrade to oceanfront which is what I thought I was purchasing initially. I did discuss it with the front desk and they assured me that they would take actions to resolve the matter.

We absolutely LOVE our stays here. Every time they make us feel so special while we are there. It’s like our home away from home. Fernanda takes wonderful care of us making sure we have what we need during our trip. Henry at the Thai restaurant was wonderful, Jose for a pool waiter and Carlos for tacos and drinks. We can’t speak enough good things about this resort and it’s staff. Can’t wait to see them all again.

Me and my friend stayed for five nights. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the place is kept very clean! Our room was pretty and we didn't have any issues (shower was hot, the A/C was cold, and beds were comfortable). The food was better than I expected from an all inclusive, and they had a decent amount of vegetarian options.

Cocktails were a bit inconsistent and could use some work, but were good enough. My main complaint is that guests put their things in the chairs by the pool and leave it so you can't use them.

Overall, a great vacation ????
