Everything at Tempo is delicious while the atmosphere and service are top notch! What stood out to me was the complex taste structure of each dish. While it may look simple, a dish will be packed with many layers of flavors that can only be appreciated if you're attentive and not simply stuffing your face with the delicious food! Flavors that may seem bland alone are transformed when combined with all the others present in the dish. Usually, one might expect quality restaurants like this to cost an arm and a leg, but Tempo is no more expensive than any typical steakhouse you'll find in Cancun. Great restaurant, great experience.

Went for the special mother's day menu. Best meal we have ever had. Carlos Pandelo was our server and he was fantastic. Each plate was a work of art, and the most unique flavors went together perfectly. Definitely worth it.

Food was good, but dinner was close to 3 hours. Almost fell asleep!

Great restaurant with an excellent tasting menu. We come here every time we visit Cancun. When you go ask if they’re doing the champagne pairing as well. I highly recommend it.

Food was terrific, service was sublime. Waitstaff was very attentive to our needs. We had the tasting menu - costing 1118 Mxn, definitely affordable for a Michelin restaurant!

Where to begin... Tempo is one if the most amazing dining experiences I've ever had. The food was incredible, the staff was so hospitable and the atmosphere was perfect. If you're in Cancun GO TO TEMPO!!!!!
