Dr. Marco Martinez was so helpful and kind during a very difficult time of need. He was patient and spent ample time treating me with IVs and medications. I am so thankful for him. If for any reason, you need medical attention GO HERE!

I first sought medical care from the in-house provider at the resort I stayed at (which cost 5x as much as what I paid at Kukulkan) and continued to be sick days later which is how I found Dr. Martinez. Cannot say enough great things about him!

I came in as a walk in and was able to be seen quickly. The doctor explained all the fees before hand and the rooms were private and clean. He spoke great English and was able get me exactly what I needed quickly. There is also a pharmacy next door which is great! This place saved my vacation, can recommend enough

Dr. Marco Martinez is amazing! I pinched a nerve in my lower back and he was able to come to my hotel, inject me with a cortisol shot and prescribe me pain and anti-inflammatory medication. I was even able to use my FSA card for the medical expenses. I highly recommend his services

I'm really happy about my visit with Dr. Martinez Melendez. 4 weeks before the visit I had just little wounds/scratches which I got from snorkeling. Not going to a Dr. earlier turned out to be a bad idea, since my wounds got infected. Both of my toes and also both of my thumbs started swelling bad... After the appointment with Dr. Martinez he prescribed the right medication. He is very caring, knowledgeable and took the time needed to evaluate the problem. After just 7 more days all my problems were completely gone. I learned my lesson, I should have gone to him much earlier. Also his bill was super fair, considering the time I have spent there. He also issued a report for my insurance company right away so that I could take it with me and get reimbursement from my insurance company in Germany. He is a native Spanish speaker, but for me as a tourist his English skills really helped a lot with the communication in my specific case. I rate him 6 out of 5 possible stars ????. Muchas gracias ????

What a fantastic experience with Dr. Bautista and the nurse who accompanied him! The Kukulkan Medical team was super responsive on WhatsApp and made accommodations to come to our hotel the night of to provide us with a vaccine u0026 antibiotics. They were quick, responsive, professional and friendly :) I would definitely recommend this company and wish we had this type of service in Canada

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience with this clinic! The person whom responded to the call was very patient, kind, reassuring. Explained how it works to have a doctor make a house (hotel) visit. The doctor came 30 min later! Dr. Martinez was simply wonderful: very professional, kind, empathetic, attentive. We have never been treated more kindly than how this doctor treated us. He answered all our questions, calmed our fears. He made a thorough evaluation of our symptoms, prescribed medications and arranged for a follow-up. All the documentation for insurance was also done on the spot and explained to us, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional doctor! And also a very reasonable price. I highly recommend here especially if, like me, u can't speak Spanish.
