OMGGGG. We had a blast. Friendly staff and they cared for our safety. We’ve bought the pictures they took with the drone which turned out really good.

My friends and I enjoyed this experience, it was a first for most of us and we felt safe and confident using the equipment. The added media package was a nice souvenir to purchase as well!

We had a great time and Johnny was a great tour guide! Our family did the guided tour for an hour. We got the chance to go out far enough where the water was so pretty and take a quick dive. I only wish the drone could have captured that part.

Everyone was nice and helped us feel comfortable. Get the picture package! It was well worth it. They didn’t have any Corona bottles for our package so they just gave us an actual Corona lol.

not recommendable!

the area in which you can drive is small and you have to share it with a lot of other drivers. We booked for 30 minutes, after 20 minutes they said we have reached 30 minutes and we have to come back, we had to argue that we can go for the remaining 10 minutes. That took time and they didn’t give us more time.
You're not even allowed to take your GoPro or phone with you to take pictures/videos, everywhere else I've been jet skiing you're allowed to take whatever you like with you. Instead they charge 45 Dollar to give you the photos they took without asking. If you want the video they made, you have to pay 85 Dollars. That is just rip off. If they say its because of safety, they lie. Everywhere you can take your phone with you (of your own risk of course)

An amazing experience! We booked 1 jet ski for two people + added the photos and the trainers are super nice and patient. Luis was the best!!! We booked the drone footage but unfortunately it wasn’t available at the time. So they gave us more pictures and we are not disappointed. If you are in Cancun, come to this place.

I go jet skiing every summer and it's been a great experience every time except this time. It's worth noting that the jet skis here don't have GPS, which sounds great at first, but that means there's a guard outside at all times. You are not allowed to do any maneuvers (e.g. zigzag or circle), you are only allowed to go straight. Bringing your own camera is not permitted. The jet skis are slower than normal, they react less quickly to the steering (which is less fun) and the steering is less sensitive, which means that fast and sharp turns are not possible. But the cheek is that, as I said, you are not allowed to take your camera or mobile phone with you. Instead, they photograph and film you with a drone and digital camera without being asked. If you want to have the pictures/videos afterwards, you have to pay a whopping 85 dollars. (120 if there are two of you.) They also don't compromise if you just want the raw footage. Luckily I broke the rule and took some pictures and videos with my phone. I would definitely not rent a jet ski here again.

My time got mixed up and they still decided to work with me. Also, this excursion was so much fun. My boyfriend and I had a truly amazing time here. Would certainly recommend.
