Weird…signs saying don’t get blood or paint on the beds. Was fine for one night before airport, although no where near airport and taxi 500 peso from ‘hotel’ to airport. You can’t get in or out of the place yourself and have to wait for the receptionist guy to come and let you in or out. Creepy vibes all around wouldn’t recommend unless desperate

Creepy isolated place we got there it looks scary at 1 am has nothing to do how they show in pictures..looks more like a safe house ...wouldn't recomend and its kind of far in unsafe area from airport looks more like a prison type that place gives the chills as soon as u see it in person ...

The arranged pick up from the airport by the hotel did not work at all since the driver just didn't show up and did not reply to our calls and messages when we arrived. This is a very bad service! Up to now we never got any excuse or regret for this behavior. We then ended up paying 40 USD from Cancun airport to the hotel by regular taxi, since all drivers charge hilariously insane prices and there is no public bus going.

So the relatively cheap price of the room is exceeded by the transport costs.

In the appartment then the AC did not work as well as the hot water.

So I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Better spent more money on another hotel at your final destination and arrange a pick up with them directly instead of wasting your time here.

Perfect for a “sleepy” night before flying.
There is little to no food around the hotel.
The pool and basketball court are good amusement, but the balls are flat.
The complimentary breakfast is tasty and fresh, ham omelets w I toasted bread.
The room is clean and spacious.
Recommended for layovers, not leisure.

I stayed here with my friend and we both loved it ! Its cheap with breakfast included... the tacos we paid for but they were delicious!
The room was very clean , neat and rosaria and adolfo are such good people, very trustworthy so happy to have come across this place, definitely recommend! Very convenient close to the airport.

The host is so friendly and accommodating. This is a great spot, close to the airport, secure, safe, and clean! If your looking for a great place to spend a night or more before and after a flight, don’t be afraid to come and experience the friendliness and helpfulness of this place! It’s obvious this family works hard and offers the kind of Mexican hospitality they should be proud of!

A lot of kindness from the managers, we arrived very late and they still waited for us and attended to us. Breakfast was simple but the attention was great. I think the charge is a bit high considering the location and appearance of the hotel, but we were treated so well that I definitely recommend it.
