The home was very beautiful in the day. However, the workers had music playing all night till 2:30am. While my children sat outside to use WIFI because it didn't work in the room, one of the male workers used the restroom in front of them. I had to ask my kids to stay in room. Later that night the works ran around super intoxicated yelling and screaming. It was very scary not family friendly at all!!! Go some where else.

AVOID. FALSE ADVERTISING. I booked a room through Expedia for this hotel. When I arrived they charged me the full price for a luxury room but gave me a much smaller room than had been advertised (even though the advertised room was empty and free). The room wasn't that clean. They were incredibly rude, I was a female traveller alone and felt very intimidated. It was late at night and there were gun shots outside so I had no choice but to pay the luxury room rate for a much smaller and not so pleasant room. The staff were unpleasant and rude and the owner was shouting at me and even said I should just go wonderings the streets (Of Mexico... at night.. with gun shots... as female traveller alone)

Very practical place to overnight prior to next morning flight, with safe parking place for your rent-a-car. William kindly takes care for your comfort.

Our room didn't have a TV or anything but Daniel has the best customer service EVER! Daniel helped us out on so much u0026 had the best advice on local eats u0026 safety. It was quiet u0026 we got to spend so much time together without any distractions of technology. Love the culture u0026 local food! We will be back in the future u0026 we hope to see Daniel here! There's also the sweetest cat that love attention u0026 is sweet as can be. ????

This place is underrated. Very clean, simple accommodations. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Not walking distance to anything special but thats besides the point. Would stay here again because it was cheap and neat.

It was a creepy experience. We arrived at night and it was not well lit. The room smelled heavily of humidity and there were ants and dead bugs around. The bathroom door was creaky and the door key was oxidated. Our room had no TV but the AC worked fine. There is no sign outside to let toy know you are in the right place and the pool was not working and was dirty. The wifi was good. The hot water had some trouble but was fixed by the people that worked there. The price was perhaps acceptable but all of the things mentioned affected a better score.

Zero Stars for worst customer service on earth. Included breakfast is not served on weekends without any notice! Staying in the room for a little bit longer cause our flight is at night is not possible. Abdiel is unfriendly and not supporting!
Mouldy smell in the rooms and mould in the shower. Very sad cause the garden and pool area is cute. Unfortunately we can not recommend this place to anyone! Save your money go somewhere else!
