We definitely did not miss a flight, we were looking for a place to hangout while waiting for our flight to go home after my family had a flight earlier that day. We were clear on the phone we only needed it for less than a day and we were told no problem. We asked if we needed to make a reservation and we were told no and to just to come to the house. The only reason I was angry was because we could not find the house as the area is not developed. Once we found the house, we were told to ring so that a lady at the house could open the gate for us. After waiting for over 10 minutes the lady appeared and we told her our information and she walked away with nothing being said and left us outside the gate. I was upset and the guy we spoke to on the phone was yelling at us, he even had the audacity to ask us if we were drunk, yes we were wasted at 11am! LOL. Terrible customer service (I understand stuff happens but there could still be good customer service) and I definitely don’t recommend to others, my experience.
