Cheap and good!
We stayed only one night because we had to be close to the airport and this was one of the nearest hotels with wifi in the room. The staff attention was very good as well :)

They have like small apartments, so they are comfortable for families, the only thing is that they don’t have cutlery or any kitchen appliances and utensils.

Something that I did’t like is the area around the hotel :( we thought we were in the wrong place because all the road is dirt and bumpy (the hotel is the last house in one of the area streets). There are no street lights or any signs, and if you arrive at night it can be pretty scary, but I understand it is not the Hotel’s fault.

For the price and the value of what you're getting it's very good. You basically have a house to yourself with plenty of room and kitchen and living room and even an outhouse area for showers after the pool. It's a very nice place to stay and is gated

Stayed one night, 01-15-21. Like it says there non pretentious place to sleep. This place would be better to be marketed for a semi long stay, it has a kitchen, big tv (even CNN), dinning table and a little patio to hang your clothes. You would have to bring your own cups, plates, detergent, paper towels, etc. There was a couple of bath towels, we were two people (no hand towel or towels for the pool). The couch to watch tv or relax was awful. I didn’t use the AC because it was not hot ( January ), maybe that was the same reason there was not bugs around ????????. No blankets. The shower needs extra scrubbing on the floor and door frame. Ahh! Allow time between showers to let the water heater heat the next batch of water. In the common area there is a vending machine.
To the owners- your place would be great for Family reunions , where different families agree to meet in an certain date in a specific place to spend vacation time together, but it needs some updates, cleaning and provide a little more stuff in the room. Once you make a family happy, I am sure , they recommend your place to others.

This place was only $25 a night. Which I loved because I'm cheap like that. I was pleasantly surprised with what we got for our money. The room slept 3 people, had a little sitting room and a kitchen with a decent size refrigerator. It was pretty clean. The only thing in question were the bed coverings. They seemed cleanish I think they just needed to replace the set because there were a few little stains but nothing too serious. They have AC units but upon arrival the room was super hot! It took a while to cool down because of the vaulted ceilings but it got pretty cold after a while. They are single level villa style with a nice clean pool. It's walled in and gated like a fortress so you definitely feel secure and safe. There is not much in walking distance of the area but we were able to drive a few blocks and found a small Mom and Pop restaurant. The streets around the area are not well maintained, there are no street lights and the streets are filled with huge potholes so be careful if you are driving your a car at night. I think this is a great hotel for an over night stay especially if you are budget conscious.

Not best localisation, very bad road but hotel itself very nice with nice garden and pool.

Surprisingly nice! But only if you have a car. Hotel grounds and especially the pool is very nice and maintained, with birds chirping. Our deluxe department had a kitchen, however the stove did not work and there was no utensils. Shower pressure was great and hot. Unfortunately the wifi was not great, which I think is a must for a remote motel. The gate is locked and must be opened manually by the receptionist, which is a bit of a hassle.

Cheap and tasty 10 peso taco a 2 minute drive away near the round about.

Overall a good option to spend the last night, before returning a car at the airport in the morning.

This is a really sweet hotel with great rooms - the one we got was actually a small apartment with a full kitchen and huge bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and brought us everything we needed to cook some dinner. The only setback is that this hotel is located in a rundown part of the city's outskirts and there is no public transport to bring you here. Make sure you have a car to get to and from airport or town center.
