A beautiful place, a great location, good rooms. Some things need maintenance and we had problems with the breakfast frecuently

Bed was comfy but the bathroom was like a match box and they even don’t provide the remote for air condition. Even they don’t have the intercom telephone in the room and now you can imagine how hard it will be to say them hey I want to change the temperature of ac and they will come with remote and change from inside of your private space. That is why two star

Internet connection is terrible, they were advertising great and fast WIFI connection. Rooms are dirty, sheets are stained, there was a used toilet paper roll still in the bathroom.
Nightstand was drilled shut for no reason. Location is awkward.
The in sight logistics are bad.
Pool is dirty and freezing cold.
Balcony lights flicker like strobes during the night.
They insisted we park our car in the blazing sun for no reason, although there were plenty of other spaces.
Key card had to be changed because of sudden deficiency.
They say there’s a safe and fridge in the room but there is none.
It was originally advertised as 18$ per night but upon arrival after extra fees it turned into 27$ per night.
Never coming back again, do not book a night here unless you want a quick f@u0026k and get out.

When I first booked, it was a 4 star hotel so I had pretty high expectations. However, after arriving, I was VERY disappointed.
When we arrived in our room, the futon bed was all ripped and torn up. It was really disgusting.

The bathroom had so much dust and dirt behind the door and the bathroom window doesn’t close completely so you can hear everyone and everyone can hear you.

The most annoying thing was that they advertised free WiFi and a safe. There is WiFi however, it does not reach ANY room in the entire hotel so you can’t use it at all. And there was ABSOLUTELY no safe at all.

Definitely will not be going back.

Very dissapointed. The pictures that are displayed online are very decieving. The room was very beat up, lots of holes in the walls and roof. The bed was extremely uncomfortable very hard and the sheets were dirty woke up with bed aches. The night that we happened to stay it looks like a few university students stayed the night they made noise all night which made it difficult to sleep. Besides all this the staff was okay. What was weird is that the first room we were placed in the door to the pool was broken which gave direct access to the room. The guy then went on saying there is no possible way to get in when the top hinge was completely off the door frame. Anyway, the stay was horrible.

Not that clean, pool is rather small and there are leaves floating inside, WiFi is horrible, forget about doing something more than reading news or opening one than more tab at once. Overall ok-ish/survivable but unfortunately nothing more.
