The good: room was neat and clean. Location is very convenient.
Not so good: restroom sink tap in bad shape, it was so hard that both hands were needed to operate it.
The bad: shower drain was clogged, it quickly flooded after just a few seconds.

I would return but I really hope the maintenance audits get improved; these flaws are easy to detect and fix, while they are big inconveniences for guests. I appreciate that management politely heard and responded to my customer survey feedback.

House keeping was great but the towels were all really run down. Breakfast was tasty but then it was the basically the same thing every day.

Titanium elite member here. Been to many Marriotts around the world. This is a standard lifestyle hotel that offers basic services a 2-star Marriott can offer. The room is clean, very efficient with design and furnishings. Why nobody is complaining about the windows in the restroom? You can almost see through when the lights are on. I traveled with my mom, made it uncomfortable. We had to take a shower with lights off. The floor in the bathroom can get very slippery! Be careful! No outlets next to the bed, the usb chargers were not working. I asked the reception to fix but it has never been addressed. No dental kits available even though the Marriott map allows to request them. One of the major pros is a walking distance to Plaza del Sol where you can find almost everything for any budget. Safe neighborhood during the day, no night life. Clean small medium size fitness center, no swimming pool. Decent breakfast. They encourage you to order a La carte eggs to get tips. Modern design. They also have a long stay discounted rate if you stay 7 days or longer.

The breakfast included with my room was TOP NOTCH! I enjoyed that very much. Gym equipment was great. However the water in the gym was empty and also there were no towels available in the gym. Front desk reception was exceptional. I planned to stay 3 nights and I learned early in the afternoon after first night that I had to depart early and the front desk was very accommodating in allowing me to check out early and only be charged for the first night. Thank you!

Very modern rooms and it is pet-friendly. Allowed us to stay with our 30kg dog.

Front Dess experience is the most important , it sets the tone for your stay .Front desk person was not friendly, did not explain any of the amenities u0026 seem to be annoyed .The hotel is very clean! They take high measures in keeping yourself and staff safe. For the most part staff is wonderful! Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel has been beautifully remodeled and everything is very new. My only complaint is that, when I tried to check in before 3pm, I called to make sure my room was ready (keep in mind that it was around 11am), and the people at the front desk told me that it was ready, however, if I wanted to check in before 12pm I had to pay extra. It just made me feel very unwelcome and like they just wanted to extract more money from me. I have stayed at AC hotels all over the world and this is the first time I have encountered this policy. I hope this changes. Otherwise the hotel is nice and staff is helpful.
