Hotel staff is rude, they never pick up the phone for room service or maintenance. When I went in person
to the front they took ages to accommodate any need I had, like toilet paper or towels

The staff was so terrific!! From the front desk to the bellhop and the restaurants staff!!! The rooms were immaculate!! It's a great location but hard to get into with the roundabout, because it's right on the roundabout. The pool could use a new tile job but that's nitpicking. It was clean area was comfortable to sit in and we would definitely visit again! Great price for a great stay ????

A nice hotel for a somewhat long stay. The rooms are cozy and pretty big, beds are nice although the pillows are pretty hard. The pool is pretty cold so I didn't get a chance to get in it. Overall having/had a nice stay.
By the way the big grass balcony I got with the room is a very nice touch, lovely and green.

Estancia Hotel is a smaller and older hotel complex than appears online. Parking is free but can be difficult to find available space close to your room. However, the rooms are clean and spacious for the price with good air conditioning. The staff seemed friendly and helpful and room service was available 9am to 10pm. too. My first experience here was pleasant and I would stay here again.

This place is nothing like it is advertised, let me start off by saying that the staff were nice and respectful, that was the only positive of this place. From the start of entering the room I knew it was not going to be to me and my partner's liking. The room had a weird odor, when we checked the bathroom we noticed that there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet, there was also pipes that were exposed. The toilet paper was pretty much finished they did not bother to restock it for new guests. The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and not washed properly. The beds we're very stiff and were what's to sleep on. We asked for a blanket and the blanket they provided us smelled like it was used already. The room service menu says that breakfast buffet is free, my partner and i think it's okay for us to eat, we get there and they ask us what room we are staying in, then afterwards they provided us with a bill for the breakfast! Apparently its not free for everyone, if you book through an agency don't eat the breakfast, actually don't eat it at all, there was nothing good that was offered. One more thing is that the staff does not do a good job at maintaining a quiet atmosphere, there were other guests there that were talking and being loud at 4 in the morning! Is there no one to tell these people to be considerate of other guests?

Nothing like the picture. My view was just awesome if your an A/C repair man and even they wouldn't go on vacation to see Air Conditioners ... Disappointing!

Clean rooms. Simple but roomy. Staff mostly speaks Spanish but with our limited Spanish we got by. Within walking distance of several restaurants, a mall, and a laundromat!!
Came back a year later. It was consistent. Clean rooms. Great service!
