A very nice place to stay. The staff here are top notch. They make you feel very welcome. Will be staying here again when I come back to Viillahermosa.

Location is central to everything. It has restaurants all over the place, uber is cheap enough to move arround everywhere.

About the acomodations, we love the fact of separate rooms and a shared living room. Hotel service was always on point. No complains.
Would stay here again.

Stay Bridge
Please be advise the main reason I stay at your location is for the laundry facility you offer.
But due to many issues with your washers not able to get into laundry room to wash clothes due machines are broken.
Also dryers at this facility take very long to dry.

I hope this issue is resolved soon and the 3 washers and 3 dryers are fully operational

In addition breakfast never open on time of 630am

My company places us in various hotels around Villahermosa for 1 week periods in order to quarantine before going to work and the staybridge is definitely my preferred location. The rooms are very spacious and fully stocked with appliances, the atmosphere around the hotel is a lot more laid back, and there’s more things to do close by. The food here is definitely superior to the others as well, or at least it was while i was there.

This was our 2nd stay here as we traveled back and forth to Cancun. We found that this hotel really follows sanitizing guidelines seriously both in public areas as well as rooms. We had a great 2-room suite that was huge! Super comfortable with good linens. We were traveling with 2 dogs and the staff is not only accommodating, but they really like pets! The hotel is located in a small plaza with a variety of restaurants which was super convenient for lunch and dinner. And the general location is really good with easy walk over to the best of the restaurants in Villahermosa and squeezed in between all the other hotels. Lots of walking areas and grass for dogs! The breakfast buffet at the hotel is super complete - served by staff during the pandemic, so everything is kept clean and organized.

I have used this hotel on a number of occasions, and have been very pleased, this time however, when I got to my room there was no coffee machine although they did give me extra coffee, eventually the staff managed to fine one for me. While looking in the cupboards for the coffee machine I came across empty bottles of beer, which I had to dispose of. Even when the housekeepers came in they never emptied the bins. I had an early start in the morning and was disappointed as the water never did get hot. Like I said I have stayed here before and have never had a problem. Staff are very friendly.

Estoy profundamente agradecida con el staff del hotel. Tuve que viajar a acompañar a mi esposo por problemas de salud, no es la forma en la que uno desea viajar pero los chicos de recepción se encargaron de hacerme sentir acompañada. Especialmente el joven Edgar que en todo momento se preocupó por la salud de mi esposo, por facilitarme las cosas y darme consejos, también el joven Rafael muy atento y servicial. Realmente me hicieron sentir acompañada y eso lo aprecio mucho. Si algún día regresamos a Villahermosa, seguramente estaremos de vuelta en este hotel para disfrutarlo mejor. No duden en quedarse en el staybridge suites donde recibirán la mejor atención con las mejores instalaciones.
