Nice and clean with good COVID hygiene protocols in place. Excellent spacious rooms with everything you need including the best water pressure in Villahermosa. Pleasant pool area with plenty of space to relax at the weekends. Front desk staff were very helpful to sort out any personal requirements. There are some excellent restuarants close by for lunch and dinner options (El Reyna and Bravo Butchers).

Very clean and very nice place to stay. Reakfast was good, but still not buffet style due to covid. Just a little inconvenience.

Most horrible customer service ever, it is Mexican, so we can not say horrible service, because we are in Mexico, it is not matter of terms and conditions, it’s matter of how people behave, like everyone wants to go first on the car truck, no one wants let other car go farther than you in Mexico.

So guy who attend me also wants to make me feel bad instead of feel good. That’s all about it. It is about education not about service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not use any of the hotel services but they did have a lot of accommodations. This hotel is in a wonderful location which allowed me to park my car and walk to dine, shop, and spend some time relaxing at a big/nice park nearby. I will definitely stay at this location in the future instead of the one downtown (where I have stayed many times before).

Pleasant stay, without any problems. The front desk's attention and patients was great. The property is above the average from other Holiday Inn Express. The only disappointment was that the value given to our rewards points was extremely low. We had to pay 75% of the cost in cash, even though they used 80% of the room cost from our rewards points.
Future recommendation: Do not use your rewards points, unless they cover 100% of the cost.

Rooms at this hotel are ample and comfortable. Free breakfast is good enough. It's conveniently located near business area, shopping malls and a nice park. But my feeling is that service is too plain. This is one of the hotels I stay the most for business reasons. 15 or more times last year and so far twice this year so far. Being a Platinum member I seldom remember any kind of recognizition by the staff. Only one time upgraded in years. Early check in almost always unavailable. Guess that being a busy place they don't need to care that much

Enjoy the efficient check-in and expedited check-out process. I would have appreciated a more variety of options to breakfast menu items, but was satisfied with my overall stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. I will return.
