The hotel is nice, they have a cool view to a lake with crocodiles. The people are friendly and the whole place is smoke free. The rooms are big and they are overall nice.

But there are many cockroaches, the rooms doesn’t have mini fridge, some doesn’t even have a safe, the food is overpriced and some staff from the restaurant are not friendly at all.

The gym is small, doesn’t have lots of things, mainly equipped with cardio stuff (treadmill and bikes).

Decent hotel in a pleasant neighborhood. It's on a lake so some pleasant walking in the area.
If you have to go to Villahermosa, it's a good option.

Good enough, though rooms need to be refurbished. They gave me a double room with an extra useless closet / tv furniture which I actually found unnecessary.

Restaurant defensively place to be avoided. Picture added example of a ridiculous fajita arrachera.

This hotel has a convenient location, clean rooms and very slow internet. This place is really crowded and is kind of old. I was expecting more because they charge like a 5 star hotel. They have a pool, gym, and good amenities. Coffee in the room, cable tv and business room. The restaurant charges expensive for the buffet but there's not much variety, food is not fresh, or tasty. Customer service is really behind in a few aspects, attention to customers, courtesy and friendliness.

It is clean and looks more upscale than it is. Have to ask for pool towels at the main check in desk in the lobby but that said we never got ours. There is a cover on the drain in the shower which I didn't notice until I'd flooded the bathroom and hall! I know, my bad but really I've travelled around the world and never had a shower stall drain closed that way. The beds are soft if you like that; the sheets are nice. The electronic plugs are far from the bed or nightstand over on a desk. Honestly I wouldn't stay here again.

For some reason "some one" cancelled my reservation so the shuttle wasn't in the airport when I arrived. Fortunetely I still got a room. The room size was nice, but its quite old. There are no plugs for the cellphones next to the bed. The humidity is so high you can smell it in the room. In general the hotel is a nice place with a view to a small lake and very well located. Close to the airport and in the middle of the bussiest area of Villahermosa.
