I am editing my review to reflect the very kind and personal attention and treatment I received, specifically at the care of the guest experience manager, Adrina. Upon my return to the hotel for another stay, everything in my suite was as it should have been the first time (plus extra). From check-in to checkout the experience was much more pleasant and comfortable, and the whole team seemed to have improved the check-in process by creating an informative and helpful introduction to the spaces and services that represent the Hyatt name very well.

While I was very disappointed with my stay a few weeks ago, they have done their job to ensure that my stay was excellent and this effort alone says a lot.

I really enjoy this hotel and if they can continue with attention to the small details, I would continue to recommend it to anyone.

I will be back here for sure. I commend them for their commitment to excellence and taking the time to address my previous stay.

This hotel was a gem of a surprise.
While the exterior is dated my updated suite was great. The breakfast buffet and evening happy hour for elite members was much better than expected. Everyone went out of their to make this a great week long stay.

service and staff are PERFECT!! they went above and beyond my expectations from hotel staff!! the room itself is very clean, but also very neutral and boring; and lacking any extra details or utilities to make it special. the breakfast buffet is good. the supper items we had delivered to our room were pretty in appearance, but mediocre in flavour, and lacking taste or spices.

I very much liked the hotel staff. Very friendly and helpful. Not all of them speaking English but they would do their best to help.

I stayed here long enough. Thank you Francisco at front deck and thank you Rafael at the restaurant for your outstanding support.

Here’s some room for improvement/notes:

1- If you are vegetarian, good luck not many options on breakfast/dinner.

2- If you don’t eat pork, you need to be very caution as you will find bacon hidden here and there, even though the beans used with pork oil. I was not happy when I found out.

3- You have to sign a breakfast/dinner bill even though it’s included on your room. One of the doesn’t make sense policy.

4- I would recommend update the floor at the gym, isn’t safe as is.

5- You really need to be careful of getting sick because of the temperature change ( outside hot, indoor freezing), I started wearing my jacket indoors.

6- Finally, it would be helpful to use anti mosquitos in room service, I got many bites.

Regularly stay here and it's never disappointed. All the staff are very welcoming and most speak both English and Spanish.
Rooms are always very clean and the laundry service has always been very fast and efficient when I've used it. Restaurant offers a wide range of meals which don't disappoint

Super nice rooms and a convenient pool for little children. A little disappointed because we could never tell which rooms had a bathtub from the booking website -we were travelling with our baby boy- so we ended up thinking they didn't have any. Breakfast was kind of expensive. Location is very convenient if you're a fan of nature because the main park is just a few meters from the hotel. There are a museum and a zoo a few minutes from there, too. Still, city centre is quite far and you'll need to get a taxi.
