It's a complete gym, you can enjoy: CrossFit, cardio, weights, and recovery room.

Lots of people in the afternoons, but love the fact that they have so much equipment, and NO EXTRA COST for trainers!!!
Also, yesterday I forgot my bottle water (Nike) which was not cheap and had just bought, I called this morning and they have it at the lobby, I am so thankful for their honesty. ohhhh and yes, they have childcare too!!! win-win
