The front desk is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. This hotel is located in a shopping center surrounded by night clubs. If your a lite sleeper this is not the hotel for you. The breakfast police lady is very rude. Fire her!! Mask mandates at this point as stupid. I would stay here again. Stayed 10-14-22

Google does not know where this hotel is. Google: Sirloin Stockade Restaurant. Front desk reps were fantastic. Rooms clean, Nice, beds comfy and smelled nice. If you are looking for a quiet hotel this is not it. Lol Night clubs were going on until they closed p art of the bad review, second reason for bad review is the customer service at breakfast. We did not eat there but I wanted to grab a coffee and some fruit to go since we had a plane to catch. I took a 6oz yogurt cup to fill it with maybe 4 cubes of watermelon and was spoken to loudly “The plates are for the fruit.” I was startled like I did something wrong. This lady never said excuse me good morning ma’am the plates are for the fruit. I said oh I’m taking it to go. She “You can’t do that” loudly again, mind you its a 6 oz cup that can only fit like 4 cubes of watermelon. She never asked if we ate there already. This has NEVER happened at any hotel before. Customer service training needed for sure.

Nice clean hotel. The location is perfect. In the middle of a plaza with lots of restaurants,stores, and a movie theater. Parking is difficult to find. And not very staffed but they were nice and did there jobs well.

Rooms are small but I guess good enough. Not so comfortable for business as I was there for an entire week. I felt as if I was in a small school dorm room . Everything had that Ikea decor/feeling . If you need a quick place to stay it would be good for. I didn't see any families staying there. The best part was that it was inside tge Alameda shopping center therfore very convenient and had many places to chose for dining

Not bad, not good.

Pros: the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, first we thought they're too hard and the pillows too flat, but we slept well and we are happy because of that.
They have free parking for everyone.

Cons: When we arrived, their payment terminal didn't work, they called us after 9 PM to the hall to pay for our booking.
The windows in the rooms overlook the corridor, we didn't have an opportunity to ventilate our room.
The walls are too thin, you hear literally everything from your neighbors.
We booked a room for three people but they gave us only two big towels, we had to explain that the third one is necessary.
The bathroom door didn't work properly, you had to put your effort to close it so we didn't have an opportunity to go to the bathroom at night because of fear to wake up someone of us.
I think it's a good one-night stay.

Not really a good hotel to get a quiet place to sleep. The hotel is inside if a shopping center with many bar/restaurants outside which makes har to get some sleep.
The room was dirty, there were some hairs over the bed and on the sheets, really a bad experience on my 1st time in here.

This is a no frills hotel. The rooms and common spaces are very clean. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The cool thing about this hotel is the location. Close to the airport and Otay border crossing. And it's in the middle of a plaza with all kinds of shopping, eating and entertainment.
