If you get a clean room on the first try, great. If the AC works, awesome. It is close to 2 taco shops and Costco. Also, it's Uber friendly. The reason I stay at Ibis is because they allow pets, extra fee, and it does the job. The hotel kitchen is nice to have access to as well. There's also underground parking with security. One thing I really do like, regardless of the room you book, the shower is awesome. Good water pressure and heat.

Unfortunately, the check-in to the hotel was a 3 hour wait! Check-in at this hotel was scheduled for 3:00 pm. Upon our arrival, there was a lobby full of people waiting for check-in too. It was an unexpected and very long wait of 3 hours which made us late to a wedding mass! We were upset to say the least. We will never stay at this hotel again. So what we learned is that if you check-in late (hotel's fault), they compensate you with that extra time the next day which continues to have a domino effect on the next customer checking in. Also, we learned that they had only two individuals working to clean 144 bedrooms in the hotel...they need to HIRE more staff! Lastly, the staff was upset/moody because they were under so much stress trying to manage a terrible situation. The owner needs to rethink his/her approach to managing this hotel.

Very very bad I'm in the room right now it's so hot and humid I've called front office 5 times that the air. Conditioner is nit working they have control if it so people won't use it to much I asked the manager to fix it she came up here it worked 5 minutes then stopped I called again they said oh well nothing can be done we asked for a fan they said no and they can not do nothing very unprofessional I feel like I can not breath if I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD WORST HOTEL EVER PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ....????u200d????

The best part of my stay was the location , it’s only a few minutes from downtown Tijuana and the border as well. Front desk was attentive and quick to check us in. They also have self park underground - tight space but very much convenient and free. The rooms are clean but somewhat small I got a room for myself which was perfect but I think for two persons it would be fairly small. The tv worked I which I used it very minimal, the ac was not really functioning and not keeping the room cool enough for me ; I did open the window at night to keep some air flowing through.

The bar drinks were good, I ordered myself a few mojitos which were a little over 5.00usd each.

There’s Tacos Franco nearby which I recommend , there’s also a pharmacy across the main boulevard and a casa de cambio. I found a shopping mall area two blocks down the street which was visible from my room window.

Overall I think the rooms are worth the price , they can definitely improve on the ac concerns. I will return soon and the fact it’s a pet friendly hotel , I’ll be back for another stay - hopefully not in a very hot day/night unless the ac issues are fixed .

I booked a room here from 7/1-7/2 and the air conditioning was not working , called front desk to come in and they never showed up . The water pressure on the shower was super bad . They have construction right next door so you can head the banging and loudness early in the morning . The staff was friendly at least .

Well normaly its fine but today i thought it was very unprofessional of Mr Issac at the front desk to lie to us about face mask as they require them to serve yourself at the buffet. As i went to leave to get a face mask my wife informed me tha he gave fave mask to another Family arriving for breakfast then noticed my wife and gave one to her also. What was the reason for lie? This upset me very much i hope that management will address this issue.

We paid for breakfast for two days and were not able to make it to breakfast since our appointments were early in the morning. We asked if they could refund the breakfast or provide us with a credit of the amount so we could purchase something else. The nighttime female manager said NO! Then after tried to avoid us the duration of our stay. Therefore we lost the money.
