I honestly hate to give bad reviews to places that were so highly recommended by friends. But this place does deserve the bad review. Where do I start? The salad bar is very regular. Not good and you have to be served, you can’t serve yourself the portion you want. Then, we ordered a few appetizers and drinks that took an hour before making it to the table. They were out of a few types of steaks. Then the meat will come very slow, and they will bring only shrimp and chicken. We had to specifically order fillet mignon and picanha and it took at least 10 times of asking before for the picanha even arrived and they brought a few overcooked and dry pieces. We ended up paying and leaving to eat somewhere else. This was by far the worst restaurant I went to while visiting Querétaro.
