This place was supposed to be a prime business, retail, and entertainment complex. In reality, it is neglected and partially empty. Several businesses were shuttered because of unpaid property taxes. There are a couple good restaurants though and the parking is free. There are even charging stations for electric vehicles.

This Plaza is now closed. Previous shops and restaurants are not currently in operation.
