Typical Ibis property located across the freeway from the Central Bus station and accessible from there via a pedestrian bridge.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern and toiletries and water are provided. Staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly.
Breakfast had a reasonable selection of fruits, pastries, breads, juices, cereal and hot items like Chiliquilles, scrambled eggs, pork dishes, etc.
Restaurant is open morning to night which is important as there is very little choice of restaurants within walking distance. However an Uber to the centro is around 50 to 90 mxp.
I had a very pleasant stay and would return even with the slightly remote location.

An interesting concept. You can tell the hotel is fairly new, and seems designed for efficiency. In that, it meets it's goal, but it does leave something to be desired.

For one, the air conditioning did not work in my room. Either that or the thermostat was a dummy. It wouldn't get the temperature below 24 degrees Celsius. I suspect the temperature was actually controlled from another location.

The bathroom had a number of interesting design choices that I can't really get behind. The shower head was attached to the ceiling, rather than the wall. This made it difficult to adjust the temperature of the water before getting into the shower.

The mirror had two very bright lights integrated into the mirror. They were blindingly bright, and made it difficult to see yourself in the mirror.

All told, not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again.

it is a good option in Queretaro, the staff is very friendly and you have all the basics you need for a couple of days

Pet friendly hotel. They charge $300 pesos to get your buddy in. Staff is very friendly and the guy that serves food in the buffet area is a very nice and cheery guy.

It was a good experience. The staff greated us politely and our room was ready the moment we entered the hotel. The snacks for dinner are pretty good and also the restaurant staff recommended us their sandwich. Breakfast was good with eggs prepared individualy and natural orange juice.
