Prior to my arrival I sent 3 messages never answered. In the room there was no iron (like in other hotels from the same brand) so you ask at the front desk for the iron, the one I got was not working so needed to come down for another one. The breakfast was good. The room I asked was a one bed and I got a 2 bed room (smaller mattress).

The place is comfortsble but i did not like the stanks on the sheets. A/C cobtrol was dirty and due to covid pandemic it is important that hotels take cleaning serious.
Front desk personal was helpful. Free WiFi and breakfast inkluded in room fee.

The walls in the bathroom had stanks everywhere which is not that nice.

This hotel is a great option to take when your on a business trip or an event that requires your assistance. It is not an ideal reservation spot for a planned family vacation. The rooms are quite small and it can feel a bit cramped moving from space to space. The services there are acceptable and the employees do offer there assitance in everything you need. They include breakfast in the mornings and offer discounts on meals in the Fiesta Inn hotel that is right next door.

Very basic and a bit worn. The shuttle only goes to the airport and not the bus terminal. It is probably better to spend the few extra dollars and stay at the Fiesta Inn next door.

Amenities are modern, minimalist, sleek, practical. Place very clean and quite. That's very nice. Staff was efficient u0026 kind. Location is very convenient as it's located behind bus station. Five minutes drive by taxi.

Friendly staff but not too many of them speaks English. Decent but chaotic breakfast. Large clean rooms. More or less what you would expect from this type of hotel. Great value for money.
