The spacious room and tv with netflix were nice to rest up after a long trip in to San Cristobal. The staff seemed nice. The space looked clean until we found soaps and empty shampoo and soap wrappers in the shower....you need to ask for hot water before you get into shower, which by itself wouldn’t have been a problem if we had been informed at check-in. the building is old and that is a charm but the bathroom smelled a bit funky...we tried to fight it off with some aroma candle but couldn’t get over it...
The courtyard was very nice and beautiful and the location is great, late check-out at 1pm is awesome so we wanted to love it but ended up moving to another hotel after a couple of nights...

This hotel has five rooms only, one for the receptionist. They gave us some good informations and were nice. The price of the rooms are definitely too high. The rooms are sold with breakfast. This is a coffee with some fruits. One day there was no coffee, one day no mild and the next no fruit. The blankets were dirty an they didn't change the towels in one week. The rooms are okay, but not clean and very dark. We will not come back. They are trying here to make good money with a high internet ranking but with a bad service. So some of the internet votes are fake.
