We had the great opportunity of staying here at vallarta Torre at VI resorts. The first thing you'll notice is the friendly and welcoming service they provide the moment you step into the vicinity. The lush landscape and tropical flowers are abundant throughout the resort. The suite we stayed in is meant for a maximum of 4 people but could easily accommodate 6. I highly recommend the place if you ever have the opportunity to come over puerto vallarta

Love this place. Had the penthouse for 3 days. A real treat. On the beach, great views. Grocery store across the street. Convenient location, close to marina and bus routes.

We loved this resort. It was beautiful and all the staff was very nice. The sunsets were amazing.

Always incredible. I have been coming here since 2001 and the staff/resort is amazing. The location is pertect, the scenery is absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds are thoroughly maintained. All the employees are awesome, and many have been there for 20+ years. Jorge, Jose, Willy, Luis and Richard are a few, and they all are so considerate and awesome at what they do. When they say "welcome home" upon your arrival, they really mean it. The guys and gals here really make the stay stand out amongst the plethora of other resorts. The food is top notch, and they go out of their way to accommodate guests. My girlfriend asked if they had oatmilk and they made sure there was a dairy substitute ready to go. I would give this place 100 Stars if I could!!!

The lodging alone was incredible- super comfortable and luxurious rooms, incredibly decorated resort, but the activities and staff put it over the edge into amazing! Definitely join in for pool volleyball, bingo night, or some of the other countless activities they offer. This is a wonderful resort for all ages and we had an incredible time here.

NOTE: bring your own shampoo! The only toiletries that come free are soap and toilet paper.

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and wonderful the staff at this hotel was. Especially the restaurant and bar. Would stay again just for that reason! Anything we needed they accommodated and really made us feel at home. Best customer service ever!

Very friendly staff, always happy to help you. Great and cute restaurant, has a little bit of everything to eat. Having direct access to the beach, makes this hotel so amazing.
