Have to say the staff was so friendly!!!!! We had the all inclusive package. Well worth it if you are spending time at the resort. The food was delicious. And accommodations were great. Just remember not to even brush your teeth with the tap water. Unless you want a case of the touristas. We will be back because of the staff. They treated us like royalty!!

This place discriminated me for being Mexican American but if you're anything else you will be treated better. They gave me lots problems from kicking me out the gym for taking my 15 year old to keep in shape. To not serving me by the pool for being "wet" but there was a family from India on bathing suits wet that they were serving just fine. We went 14 people so the trip wasn't cheap I expected the same treatment but everyday something new lets note we stood here for 9 days and each of those days was new something to deal with. Four of my family members also got sick from the food here with me being the worst the night before I left I had some FISH from the restaurant by the pool. Terrible experience lots of vomiting and nausea. My butler was probably the reason I didn't rate them any lower. Rodolfo the butler was outstanding. Because of him they were saved from a lower review. Better of elsewhere.. This place is no good service for a Mexican...

Great stay. Rooms were amazing, nice views, and well kept. They were expanding the hotel when we were there - Oct 2021 - but there was very little construction going on during our stay. For food they had a little something for everyone and good selection for kids.

Nestor took care of us.

This is a fantastic resort. Comfortable spacious rooms with nice mattresses, working AC, hot water, and blackout curtains that cover the whole window. Beachview balconies. Friendly and helpful staff, gluten free options for all meals, and well kept grounds. Everything looks just like the pictures, no complaints, you can't go wrong here.

Please don’t believe any of the reviews. This was the worst experience ever! Here is our real experience: when we arrived, we realized that the hotel was not at a good part of the town. We arrived at the lobby and sat on the chairs to wait to be checked in. First thing I realized was the VERY moldy air conditioning unit right on top of us in the lobby. It was covered in black. I even asked my husband hoping I was seeing it wrong somehow but he also saw it and said it was gross. Then we went outside to see the pool area. There was big construction going on right next to the hotel. They were building a big building so it was very loud. The outside of the hotel looked very small. They have one small pool and one small restaurant. After we checked in we went into our room and it was very old decorated and smelled mildew. It was very bad that we had to open the balcony door. I saw a boot mark in the middle of our room so it was clearly not cleaned properly. We went down to get some food in the restaurant. The salad I ordered has spoiled lettuce in it. We showed it to waiter and he saw it too and took it back. This was the last straw and we decided to cancel our booking. They said they were going to refund us for the rest of the days however they DID NOT! booking.com cannot reach them. They called many times and emailed many times but they don’t answer. This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!

Amazing staff made our trip special and were very personable . They went above and beyond with everything. Food was delicious and authentic and had many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shoutout to Bartenders No way Jose who would recommend us different drinks and food every time.

Warning for other travelers looking at this resort. Due to COVID we could not travel to the resort at our reservation time due to our countries restrictions on travel. Thankfully the resort confirmed that we could receive a credit for a later date. When we tried to use the credit months later, they denied it. Even though we had the credit confirmation by email. As I tried to escalate with management no one returned my calls or emails. Very disappointing experience for a place that was so highly rated.
