Hotel is in a pretty good spot but parking sucks so good look.
Rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean too. I didnt have any towels to I had to go get some from front desk. Some of our light sockets were just hanging out so the wires were exposed, but it wasnt a big deal just looks tacky.
The pool was clean.
You can have breakfast there too as they have a small cafe, but I recommend going to the many nearby places instead.

The service was really good, all employees were really nice and everything is clean once you get to the room, also they make sure you're not on the room so they can clean it and you can enjoy a clean room once you get back, really good experience

I think that when people are writing their reviews, they are not taking in to consideration that this is a hotel in Mexico. If you are looking for something perfect, look for a luxury hotel or a resort near the beach. It is quite old but very full of culture. The doors are not perfectly aligned, so you can see cracks to outside and yes maybe the design is not modern but other things outshine those "issue". The staff is very friendly and informative, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are cleaned to perfection by housekeeping each and every day, the A/C is very nice and cold. The pool is spacious and very clean. Also, there are always buses driving by on the road in front of the hotel, so you never have to wait for more than a few seconds to catch one! My only complaint may be that the beds are rock solid, but it wasn't really that big of a deal. When I return to Puerto Vallarta, I will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was dirty, the room had a broken A/C and the manager was rude and not helpful. One of the staff changed our room after our app Hotels.com kept us on the line for over an hour with no response.

Nice room but we saw a small roach before we left. No washcloths. We got soap but shampoo was a in a small plastic bag enough for one or two people. No phones in rooms. Wi-fi is spotty. Our room had a mini fridge but not all do. Good cold A/C. No lock on bathroom door. Nice big pool, not too deep. There was some noise due to remodeling. Not near the beach. Subway sandwich shop and grilled chicken place next door. Convenience store and pharmacy steps away. Lady at the front has good recommendations on family activities and where to eat. Good breakfast restaurant in hotel, it's open air 7 am to noon. Note that single bed rooms are on the second floor, two-bed rooms are on the first floor.

Customer service is very poor. I asked for an extra pillow and had to go to the desk twice, myself to get it. Poor internet connection. No phones in the rooms, only two electrical plugs in the rooms. Very noisy in the morning due to the breakfast set up. I will not comeback here.

False advertising. At minimum 2.5 star and thats only because there are beds to sleep in. AC is not cooling. Very upsetting. Pictures must be very old
