Great service. Very attentive. Spoke English. Food was fresh. Only had appetizers. So fun to sit up top and see the ocean and city views

Pata Salada is a great experience if you want complete attention from the waiters. Everything that we needed was taken care of before we asked. We enjoyed the out door seating with all the street sounds and the music that Pata Salada had playing. The Coconut Shrimp was done to perfection. It was crispy breading with coconut, (my favorite breading for Shrimp). The Chicken and BQ burrito was also very good. The tortilla was crispy and the BQ had great flavor. This meal was so tasty that even the next day it was still delicious. If I had to find fault with Pata Salada, it would be the floors, including the stairs a customer climbs to get to the restaurant. To me, if the person greeting us wasn't so nice I think I would have turned around. I am glad we didn't though because we were treated like royalty and the food was awesome.

Nice casual place on near the Malecon. Restaurant is on second floor with views from balcony. Waiter had pics of food on his cell which was nice. Local craft beer, fresh seafood, great salsa and chips!

We were surprised how good the food was considering it was on a busy tourist street. Loved the view from the balcony, the portions were large and priced reasonably. Everything tasted fresh and was spiced up the way we wanted.

Great view, awesome food, outstanding service, every time. Another must-try restaurant in Puerto Vallarta! I recommend charbroiled crabs and triton shrimps.

We spent a great time at Mamá :) with our students of Spanish Experience Center. Dinner was absolutely delicious. Spaghetti Mamá Sirena with fresh mariscos were just perfect with glass of Mexican white wine. Filete of fish zarandeado style was just again soooo delicious, lobster and Coco Shrimp excellent. Service perfect with great attention. Thank you very much for a great night. We will definitely come back because it is worth it.

Avoid this place. The food is not fresh. They illegally charging a tip in the bill. The service was slow no matter they were serving only one table. They give us tons of coins after we rejected a broken bill. Only if you want to be treated badly.
