Nestled near the ocean u0026 a beach promenade. A great variety of dining u0026 shopping options are within walking distance. Hard to beat in terms of location. Mom u0026 I were only there for two days but the staff was always very friendly.

The only thing that could've been better in my opinion was the courtesy breakfast. Maybe add at least a pancake or a scrambled egg. :) But there's always other options outside the hotel.

If you're concerned about noise level, you may not want to stay Friday or Saturday as the property is very close to the beach u0026 a lot of shopping. But a great, inexpensive option for everyone.

The best hotel to stay at for comfort at a good price. The views are great, I stay here every time I come to Puerto Vallarta. It’s nothing fancy but the Location and free breakfast is worth making you say yes. This place is not for picky people but rather those who are only looking to just sleep at the hotel and don’t mind the minor blend of strong ocean + light city sounds. There air conditioning is really good. It’s also located right where the boardwalk starts along the beach. We love hotel Rosita!

We were really impressed by the quaint hotel. First, they're right at the end of the boardwalk, but not too close so that one can sleep at night. Second, they're staff is so nice, professional, and for people who lack a command of the Spanish language, they all speak English. They'll bend over backward to satisfy you, in our case building a couple of ramps for my wife to get out to the deck of our room. There's also always someone at the front desk, so if something comes up in the middle of the night, they're they're to help. Third, there are a ton of good and great restaurants close to the hotel, along with grocery stores, shopping opportunities, parks, and other places to see. The Romantic District and the island are not too far either, making for more shopping and eating opportunities. Fourth, this place feels much less touristy, along with the area around it, so if you're looking for a place that's in the middle of things, but also feels a bit like Mexico, this is the place to be!

Positive: The location on the Malecon can¿t be beat. The Balcony view of Bay was wonderful. All mechanical systems perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. The open air restaurant was nice for breakfast. Negative: The chairs in the room were vintage, very heavy wood and leather rockers. They were handsome, but not at all comfortable to me. Solution, an outdoor chair from the balcony came inside and was perfect. It is a personal taste, but the bed was very firm.

Three star hotel sounds about right. Just like everyone else said, great price and the location is super convenient, but that's where it ends. The suite was adjacent to the actual hotel so we didn't have the convenience being within the hotel itself. The suite was not clean, the water heater was not on and much of the furnishings were dilapidated. Not bad of a stay if you're on a budget, but if you gave money to spend, why not get a taste elsewhere.

This was a 3 star hotel but the charm of the rustic architecture made you feel like you’re IN Mexico. Of course we are but so many renovated places Rob you of basking in the experience of other culture abs customs. Here you feel in Mexico while enjoying all the modern amenities. It also has an in-house restaurant and bar with 2 for 1 drinks 2 times a day. It is also reasonably priced. It’s not the best good in the world but they were able to accommodate my vegetarian friends and no one left hungry. Comfortable, quaint with oceanside pool and restaurant in walking distance to all. I recommend it for anyone looking for affordable family comfort with fin for all.

Hotel and Rooms are dated and Dirty, Bedsheets and blankets look dirty and old, I asked for new Blankets, I never got them, Free breakfast does not exist, only fruits and coffee, eggs and omelets are extra! Staff were nice but, they were told to charge for everything we had to pay extra for breakfast, don't prepay for it!
