Everything is great here. We repeated it three times this trip - but the menu is extensive and riquísimo so it very much bears repetition. The crab tostada is served warm but tastes as good as any txangurro you’d get in país Vasco. The Al pastor isn’t shredded but very well spiced and I prefer it to the famous contramar version. Asian approaches to the tuna which is gorgeous. Delicate tender fry on anything you’d get that way - especially lush fried octopus.

Came upon this place after walking back from a beach trip. Had to eat here twice on our short stay, the food was that good. Tried over 6 different menu items, Poke bowl, shrimp/Jimaca, Fish El Pastor... from taste to presentation, all equally yummy.
Closes around 6:00 so midday munchies only. Was my favorite eatery in PV.

Lovely, tasteful, hole in the wall joint. 8-10 amazing salsas unlike any I’ve had before. I wanted to keep ordering just to try them all on food. I did taste them all. Wow. The treatments of fish were unusual, smart, varied, and delicious. The best seafood “tacos” I’ve ever eaten!

María Baja is a great place to try a variety of fresh seafood tacos and tostadas. Everything we ordered was delicious and artfully presented for a roadside restaurant.
The salsa tasting was also very cool.

We ordered shrimp tacos, shrimp on jícama, tuna tostadas, marlin taco, rock shrimp tostada and el pastor style fish tacos and all were excellent. Portions were generous and prices were very reasonable.

The place was staffed by a group of young guys the day we visited and they run a tight ship. Avoid the tourist joints and take a hike up the hill.

Cash only. Open til 6:00 pm.

Absolutely incredible food! All of their salsas are also delicious. I’m not sure what others are complaining about with the prices; we got 3 tacos, 1 tostada, and 2 ceviches, and 2 agua frescas and it was only 282 pesos - or about $14. Must visit here when in PV!

Put this on your list of places to try while in PV! Great menu, friendly service, fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious. We had the fish tacos, poke bowl, and shrimp tostadas (not shown). Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience! Our waiter was incredibly diligent and nice, the food was really good, and the prices were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place, and we'll probably go back before we head home. We had most of the taco menu, and there were no misses. Available outdoor dining.
