Is a cute and picturesque place! Strategically located to enjoy the center of PVR. It is located on the mountain and has a nice view. It does not have elevators and you have to climb many stairs. Recommended for young people and good physical condition. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. It's fresh fruit and a good coffee. The attention of Jazmin and the other girls is excellent.

Worst place ever in Mexico. Unfriendly personal and very low quality rooms. Bathrooms without doors etc. We booked there two nights and in the first night they told us that our booked room was not available. We recognized that our room was occupied by other guests. On the second night the same issue. They told us to take the available room or leave the hostel. That our room had a broken window was no point to discuss from their side. Also the wifi was not working during the weekend. Please avoid this place and spend some more money in this area.

This place was far worse than any place I have stayed in PV. And the price was high compared to other places. You couldn’t use the kitchen until after 10am and the continental breakfast, pretty bad! The staff was not very friendly. You had to ask for everything even toilet paper. The toilet top was broken, the flooring was cracked with holes. They couldn’t accommodate us for the entire trip so we changed rooms at one point and the room had really bad mold and no air conditioner. By that point we ended up changing hotels and did not get a reimbursement. We moved to the “Balmar” hotel which was better located and had a refrigerator and microwave in the room and the cost was the same!!! Also, you had to use a key for everything, felt a little like prison. Never going back.

The hostel is clean, in a beautiful location on the hillside, with an easy small walk up the steps to reach. We stayed a few nights and had breakfast there most mornings. Fresh fruit and juice, coffee and homemade banana bread. Rooftop terrace has sublime views over the bay and zona romantica, day or night.
Reception desk is very nice, Yasmin has great English! Try and get an upstairs room with a view. Economy room is dark and needs air, but you get what you pay for. Great stay, would visit again!

WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!! Do not waste your time or money here. for startles the place was very expensive for what the room was. The bathroom didn't have a door and the sheets didn't even cover the bathroom, so there was no privacy. The people who worked there were rude and told us we have to wash our own dishes which I thought was stupid considering we are on vacation! My family and I didn't last a day there we left. O and there were lizards in the bedroom and the hallway didn't even have light at night! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT STAY THERE!

Very friendly staff. Clean and more like a hotel than a hostel. Super quiet and more of a mature crowd. Great place if you enjoy peace and quiet. Towels included, hot showers and guaranteed comfort.

First of all its way up the hill and a ton of stairs.. so if you don't feel like climbing at all, this isn't the place for you. But if you don't mind, then the view is amazing it's like WOW!!, you get a fruit breakfast and there is a common kitchen that you can use after 10am. A little over priced but nothing beats the view!
