Terrible hotel, do not stay. I’ve stayed in 4 different hotels in PV this past week and a half and this was the worst and felt the most unsafe. Air conditioning did not work, front desk promised me the ac would be fixed when I got back from my event and it was not. Shower was gross, room was dirty in general, bathroom grout chipped all over the place. Sketchy stairs. Pictures are extremely deceiving. I would avoid at all costs.

reception is bad. had to wait 20 minutes in front of the door before someone came and opened it.
my room was not available because of overbooking
bedroom in itself was not worth a 4*, especially the bathroom
only the bed was excellent
view over the ocean with chairs was appreciated

Best deal. Hardly paid $290 US for 5 nights for 1 bed apartment. Internet could have been better. It was only 30kbps ????. My mobile network was better. It might even be provider problem.

Our flight was delayed, so we checked in after midnight the only room available apparently the superior I had booked, which look more like a standard had been recently fumigated for bed bugs we stayed reluctantly and left to find food when we came back at 2 no one was there to open the door we sat outside for approximately one hour until the desk clerk returned from wherever. We slept very uneasily because of bed bug paranoia and the smell from the fumigation made me feel quite ill also, the room was kind of dirty oh, not very well kept, old. We had booked for 3 days we left as soon as we could the first morning. Good things to say about the hotel, staff were pleasant and, they offered to Discount my room because of the smell but, really that's all the positives I have oh, it was kind of old kind of dirty and definitely stunk of bed bug poison. Edit, so despite being fumigated so recently the room was actively unpleasant to be in the next day my wife and I discovered numerous bed bug bites we were tormented with 4 days afterwards... this hotel is entirely undeserving of its rating on Google or any of the third-party booking sites. Don't be taken in like we were.

The room was okay. The rug was so filthy I didn't walk on it.

The public spaces decks etc. that looked so cool online were dirty, trash was full and smelled.

They didn't give us the room that we booked and charged us double price of confirmation. Price was so cheap we just paid. We had a balcony which was fine, but the abandoned buuilding we looked at was trashed and falling down.

Advertised as a Bu0026B, but no breakfast.

Friends highly recommended this place so we were extra disappointed. Never saw any staff after we checked in until we were leaving.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Absolutely loved it, Beautiful views, sun set views were amazing, room was fabulous. Close to all the action! However, my room was never cleaned, was advised that there was a problem with my reservation , over booked, lots of finger pointing. Streesed out due to manager not communicating what was going to happen? Couldn't find managers anywhere! Finally on Thursdays i found a manager stated " all is good no problems " why didnt yall tell me this 4 days ago.However all turned out well, need better communication from mangement and better housekeeping. Management was not attentive and nowhere to be found, MIA!

This “hotel” is in an excellent location but has definitely seen better days. The room was dark as there was paper tacked up over the small door window and the view out the one window was into the public area. The room was never cleaned and I was there 8 days. The outside areas were neglected and all the plants were dead - the whole place needed a good cleaning and a paint job. There was a well equipped kitchen for use as previous owners provided breakfast for guests but no longer. I really can’t recommend this hotel.
