We arrived at basic hotel first of all no one was there and we had to use our cellphone, witch cost us money since we’re not from Mexico, and waited an hour until the lady arrived. We had made a reservation on booking for 2 nights and when we showed her our reservation confirmation she told us that we didn’t paid enough not even for 1 night. We had to paid 120$ (can) instead of 40$ a night. The lady kept on saying we didn’t understand and couldn’t explain us why we had to pay more. Obviously she was just trying to take advantage of us. It was a really small room with doors that couldn’t really lock themselves. The wifi wasn’t working, the bed was not comfortable, the bathroom wasn’t in our room it was a communal one and it was very little and kind of dirty. Then the next morning we ask if we could get a receipt to prove we only stayed a night and payed more so that we could get a chance at getting a refund with booking but she couldn’t do us a receipt and still couldn’t say us why. When we booked this room we knew it wouldn’t be luxury and it was fine with us but to pay 120$ for a night in this hotel with this kind of service was not worth it at all. If you want a bad experience go there and you’ll be served!!! Otherwise stay as far as you can.

Beds were comfortable but rooms were basic. Very loud. Can here everything.
Spilled a little wine on the bed sheets by accident and they are trying to charge me $3000 pesos for white bed sheets! Complete con artist. Will not ever stay there again

En el lugar no hay recepcionista que te reciba, esta cerrado el hotel, al marcar a los numeros celulares sugeridos no responden, al fin localizamos a la persona Leticia al principio te dice tengo todo lleno siendo que habia reservado con 2 meses de anticipacion, la mujer se pone histerica y llora segun porque esta presionada te acomoda en el cuarto que ella decide No en el que tu separaste adicional te dice te estoy haciendo un favor de acomodarte cuando tu ya habias pagado.
Es un FRAUDE este lugar, un ABUSO en el precios, las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear las paredes de los cuartos son de tablaroca por lo cual se escucha todos los ruidos de las demas habitaciones, el baño es compartido muy pequeño y sucio, NO cambian las sabanas todos los días, NO sacan la basura del baño, NO hacen aseo en las habitaciones por donde veas esta lleno de polvo. Un lugar muy inseguro a los inquilinos les proporciona llave de la puerta principal de entrada, pasamos una situacion incomoda alguien estuvo tocando el timbre toda la noche y casi tumba la puerta de la entrada todo derivado a que no hay personal que atienda en la entrada.
NO pone papel en el baño, ni jabon.
La peor experiencia en hoteles.
NADA RECOMENDABLE.
Hay hostales con precios mas economicos muy buenos y limpios.
ESTE LUGAR NI A HOSTAL LLEGA...
Hay aproximadamente 12 habitaciones en estos 3 pisos.
