Great amenities and friendly staff help make up for a windowless room. English at the front desk is hit and miss. Included breakfast is coffee, pastry and fruit but the restaurant has a good variety of cooked to order items available for just $2 to $4 that make for quite a full breakfast when combined with the Continental. Probably biggest annoyance was the way sound echoed in the interior of the building onto which all rooms open. Thankfully at night everyone seems to take care to be quiet so it was peaceful, but with the echo it would not be good for a loud family or romantic couple... Overall a solid choice in the historic center.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the service was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone! ❤. My husband is disabled, there is no elevator but they were really nice to change our room on the first floor. I am from Puebla city and I don't remember to enjoy my own city like I did in this travel , the location of this hotel is magnificent. Thanks Nueva Luna hotel for this experience!!????????❣

Nothing but the best. Our family staid at the Nueva Luna Hotel for a few days in early August. We were greeted and treated wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and so are the people that run it. The food was great. Wish I was still there. Puebla, Puebla is a beautiful city and if your there for a visit, the Nueva Luna Hotel is the place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because our room didn't have a window to the outside. The only windows were high up close to the ceiling and facing the inside of the hotel. Also I don't think they have A/C. It wasn't a problem for us but others may have a problem with it.

Beautiful hotel! The staff and the concierge were amazing and very gracious. I would stay here again anytime!

The service and the staff are great the plastic flowers, the windowless rooms and the lack of air conditioning destroys your vacation. Not worth the price.
