Nice basic accommodations. Centrally located. Options for dinner are enough under a 10 minute walk. The onsite restaurant is great. The breakfast is fantastic. The entre Tierra restaurant across the street is under same owner and has a different menu. Try it.

The staff at time are ridged and some seem to be stuck on following rules to the minutia instead of working through what should be minor issues.

Overall, we would stay here again. It great value for what you receive.

We called to add a day to our reservation in early October, they “lost” our reservation and kept hanging up on us. Not just rude but that screams SCAM. I suggest you find somewhere else to stay.

Location is excellent. Very near to Zócalo and other tourist spots too. The room is very clean. Choose room with window. Our room is 320 had a nice view.

Dirty and noisy!
First of all the room had no windows, the bathroom had more light than the room.
Second the wooden floor was super dirty! After being 10 min in it my socks were black! Went to the front desk to tell them about it and they said they supposedly cleaned the floor and that even the manager went to check, we’ll sorry I think your manager isn’t the best because went we were back the floor was still dirty… spraying pledge to make it smell pretty does not mean clean!!.
Third the bathroom door didn’t even close! We had to use a chair to close it.
Fourth, we could hear everything the people in the room next door said, even when they were in the bathroom and I mean EVERYTHING.
I don’t know if it was their a/c or what but there was this motor noise going on forever…
I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel no anyone. First and last time ever.

Parking was overly complicated. Sink in the bedroom and an ultra narrow shower/ toilet. It was quiet and clean.

Is a good hotel, although i think you can find something better for that price. The location is good depending on the travel plans you have. Is in downtown close to everything around downtown, but far from the newest side of the city. The rooms are ok, clean and besides in and old hotel, they look updated. The service is very good as far as my experience, everyone was nice there, but the employees need more empowerment at the time to take decisions in order to give a better service. Overall was good, but a little over the price.

The hotel was very clean, the bed and pillows were perfect, everything worked (well, except for our safety box, but they offered a safety box in front desk when we needed it), the staff was super friendly, they always went overboard to make sure everything was fine.
The location couldn't be better, we were walking distance away from the Zócalo the area felt safe and family friendly, even at night.
Our courtesy breakfast was surprisingly much better than we thought, delicious huevos rancheros and chilaquiles.
