- large selection of wines and good Mexican wines,
- attentive staff and quality service,
- reasonable prices,
- beautiful interior and the staff here speaks English!
Negative:
- everyone wants to get here!)

Service was fast and friendly. Staff was very nice. Food presentation was great and flavor was also delicious. The tlayuda istmeña appetizer was fresh and full of flavors. The canelones were a bit cheesy in my opinion but still tasty. The restaurant itself has a very nice decor and comfortable place to enjoy your meal

Food is great. They offer Western cuisine with Mexican flavors and native ingredients. The desserts are must-try.

The place also has a very good ambience.

Fancy upscale restaurant in the historical district of Puebla. We went to have a late lunch around 2pm. It was not very crowded. The ambiance was quiet and formal. The interior of the restaurant is very unique and nice. I ordered the Gorditas de Alberjon. The dish consisted of two gorditas and bone marrow along with corn and grasshoppers. The presentation of the food was very professional and appetizing to me. The grasshoppers to me tasted like stir fry ground meats. I loved it! I really appreciated how the chef took the time to present his dishes in a unique way unlike foods that I have had at fancy American restaurants. I would visit this establishment again if I visit puebla.

We had an early dinner here after walking around the city many hours. The waiter guided us to a wonderful salad of local greens, a delicious light soup and a large hummus bowl with pita bread. After eating a lot of heavy Mexican food, this more delicate, flavor-focused and healthy meal was a delight. The meal showed careful preparation. Excellent service from waiter who spoke good English.

Been in Mexico for almost a month now and this was some of the best food I’ve had. Delicious mole and great service!
