Very kind folks and they allowed us to safely park our motorcycles. We’ll situated in the city. Walls are paper thin, our neighbors turned the tv on at 1am, felt like we where sleeping in an imax. Might also want to bring towels, the ones provided where scruffed up and had holes.

Pathetic and unprofessional. I made reservations in advance due to trade show in Puebla. I arrived around 9 pm and they tell me there is no room and they are not honoring my reservation. To be fair, they sent an email that when I translated, seemed to be to confirm I am actually coming. I was traveling to Puebla so I couldn't follow emails. My response to email was that i am coming. When i arrived they said the rooms were gone at.12:00 (noon).

It was raining, I had a big suitcase, and the hotels are booked. Thankfully, I found a room outside of Puebla. Big waste of my time and money. Hotel did not offer any help.

Expedia assured me in their emailsafter booking that "I don't have to worry". These are their usual emails and have given me confidence in the past that reservations are valid and honored.

It's really good and really cheap considering the location however the room where I was had a big glass window to the hallway where there was a lot of light coming in, to me I prefer sleeping in the dark so it was hard for me but if you don't mind that then is actually pretty good
