The only good thing about this place is its very good location. Then.. we had a problem with our reservation so we called and the receptionist didn't speak English so her solution was to hang up the phone. Also when we arrived, not a single word of English spoken by the other receptionist on duty. The walls between the rooms and the door were really thin, not soundproof at all so we could hear drunk people coming back in the night. The "free breakfast" was a joke. It was one piece of dry bread with butter and then coffee / juice / 3 small pieces of fruits. We had to ask several times for everything to the waiter while the place wasn't crowded at all. Also the hot water supply was inconsistent and there was a leak on the tap..

Location is very close to the zocalo and walking distance to most attractions. Although it is along the main road, our room was in the inner part of the building so it was not noisy. Room was clean and tv worked. WiFi and continental breakfast included. Hot showers were hit or miss. Depending on the time of day, you may have to take a cold shower! We found that hot water was usually available in the morning and later at night. We did not have a car, so I'm not sure what the hotel offers in terms of parking. But we saw several underground parking garages very close to the hotel.

It's ok. Price is below average and it is what it is. Bed and a shower in a clean room. You can hear everything in the hallway.
Valet parking is a hassle for it may take a while. BUT if you're visiting downtown puebla it's in a SPECTACULAR spot.
No AC.

There is no security in the hotel and no one is going to be responsible for any issue. And the management system there is only based on scamming you. I recommend you to sleep in a park than this hotel. Got 0 rating from me.

There is not Air conditioner and they put toilet paper rolls that were used somewhere else in anyone's room.
Tv noise and conversations can be heard from the other rooms.
