Great place in the center of Puabla. Food tastes good, staff is very helpful, speaks multiple languages and gives great travel advice! Came here 3 times in 2 days.

Not by luck this traditional torta place has been open for ages. The preparations are excellent, and they’re hand made by the owner, who is always there and supervising everything. I specially recommend the octopus torta as well as the huevo con rajas, lomo adobado was great too.
