A hotel in Puebla downtown. Just 1 block from plaza and behind city hall. Old building which is part architecture. Clean and great service by employees. Many restaurants nearby and city tour bus can be taken in the plaza. Hotel restaurant also is great. Depending of your room package might or might not be included your breakfast. Recommended.

Great location, but there are other hotels nearby. The rooms are old and rundown - my room 711 even had a broken window, making sleep impossible as it was facing the street. Service was lackluster at best, mostly no one cared about anything. Only the cleaning personnel was motivated. So motivated they outright ignored the "do not disturb" sign...

The beds are too hard, the bathtub didn’t have a mechanism or stopper for keeping the water in for baths, and the air conditioning system has too much condensation, causing it to drip and make noise even hours after being turned off. If I hadn’t packed ear plugs, I wouldn’t have been able to sleep!

The worst service I've ever received in my life. Their online photos look nothing like the actual hotel. Their front desk staff has absolutely no manners. They entered our room after we put the no disturb sign on the door. Their wifi is the slowest thing ever.

Overall it is a clean place and affordable with relatively a good security. But internet really sucks. Consider your stay almost without internet if you can so. Room service is also not as good as it should be. And the worst of all it is near to a church and you may have difficulties to sleep.

Excellent hotel. Right downtown, excellent service, Superior rooms, and very secure parking. Highly recommend! Far exceeds the price of a stay!
