The food was fine, my burger was a bit dry but all in all ok. But please, management, teach your servers to be mindful of the environment and not give people 15 bags of salsa they're not going to use. It's just unnecessary and wasteful. It's easy to ask what people actually want!

The service lady had a really bad attitude she is behind a glass could not take mi orde because I didn't had mi mask and really everyone eating didn't had a mask ridiculous ???? other than food is ok not the stuff you get back home, o shouldn't had going to Mac Donalds at all

McDonald's always good. They didn't get my Spanish an I ended up with 2 orders. Lol

After visiting some historic places in Puebla I recommend going to McDonald´s to eat some delicious burguers since they are very cheap and very tasty, but there are also desserts, drinks among other things.
In the highest part you can enjoy eating outdoors as well as having an incredible view towards the cathedral.

They don’t open at 7:00am, they start serving until 8:00am

Don't miss the terrace on the third floor with a great view of the Zocalo.
