Only been to the rooftop bar/restaurant area. Have visited a few times, and usually very good service. Last time seems problems as wait was terrible! Took almost 40 minutes to get drinks, 1.5 hours to get our meals! Steak was amazing when they eventually arrived but long wait was disappointing. Views are very nice and good photo opportunities. At night the cathedral pops when the lights come on. Will definitely return, but hopefully it’s quicker service next time.

Room nothing like pics on the website. Surprise surprise. No window. Tap in bathroom - a trickle of water. So slight couldn’t shave. Complained - was told to shave in the shower. Asked to change room, was denied. I stayed here 2 nights. Was very happy to check out.

For the location and the price, you genuinely cannot go wrong! We paid $710 pesos which included breakfast for a room overlooking the plaza (see pic). The room was well appointed with modern fixtures and very, very comfortable! There is a cafe and restaurant downstairs and you can walk u003c100m to get anywhere. Highly recommend.

This used to be a good hotel but now it’s
a two star hotel at best.
This hotel doesn’t have hot water most of the time, the remote for the TV didn’t work and the staff couldn’t program a new remote so we didn’t have a remote for our room.
The toilet wouldn’t flush.
You have to lift the lid and make sure the stopper is closed.
Very dissatisfied and will NOT be staying here again.

The room are very small and the bathroom didn't have hot water and the bed is also not very comfortable and room does not have street view or balcony and they feel like closed prison Good Thing about the hotel The hotel is at center of the town. They offer breakfast in the room price and the quality of tge break fast os good. Also they offer us the service too keep the back after checking out while we go around the city

I really enjoyed grabbing a couple of drinks with a friend here. The menu is extensive and the cocktails we ordered were fantastic. And the view of the basilica is absolutely lovely, especially at night. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very well located at the Zócalo in Puebla. The premises are an old building with a roof top patio where drinks and food is served. Great service with very friendly staff.
Some of the rooms are dark because they don't have real windows .
