We spent three nights at this lovely boutique hotel and would highly recommend it. Cute hidden areas and balconies, areas to suntan, well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely little bar/lounge for evening cocktails. Great location, short walk to the square but on a quiet street. Good service, especially one young daily server Estoban who was wonderful and went out of his way to make our morning, very personable, professional, and helpful. Thank you Estoban!

Excellent location.The junior suite has a functional bathtub.The bath robes.Great coffee.Good gourmet breakfast included and faboulous bakery.
The staff is courteous and helpful.The front desk young lady Nayeli is totally bilingual and kind.We really enjoyed sraying here.

Everyone was super hospitable, friendly and efficient, from the booking moment “Mr. Calderon es un placer atenderle” to the goodbyes “Javy vuelvan pronto” we felt taken care of and important, our suite Catarina was chic, spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The location was a plus, walking distance to the plaza, cathedral, and lots of shopping, also the same block as one of our favorite restaurants, Augurio, and bar San Pedrito. I highly recommend this boutique, family own and gay-friendly hotel, you will enjoy your stay:)

Lovely, quirky, and fun. My second time staying here. I really enjoy Puebla. This hotel is so comfortable and convenient. The staff are great. Credit to Esteban for serving us three delicious breakfasts.

I found this gem on Booking.com, the staff is friendly and their customer service is benchmark. Upon arrival, you can park in front of the Hotel, they will valet your car to their private garage, great you with your choice of cold water or a delicious homemade popsicle. The room was spacious with tall ceiling, decadent shower, jetted tub, appointed decor, fresh fruit, reasonably priced mini bar (the Tequila is $9USD), excellent Wifi and a comfy, comfy bed. I look forward to coming back and enjoying their spa services. They are PET FRIENDLY too! Thank you.

The decor is amazing , food is delicious and the staff cater to the guest. The enmities included with the room are very nice be sure to take advantage. One of the best experiences I've had with hospitality and they really set out to impress.

I cannot say enough good things about El Sueño. I stayed here in March and loved it so much that I had to come back again. The rooms are beautiful, the style is very rustic and magical, everything is clean, reasonably priced, perfect location, and the staff are incredibly accommodating. You absolutely cannot go wrong with El Sueño. See for yourself!
