I had a LOVELY time at the Quinta Esencia! The entire staff was so lovely and helpful! The room was GORGEOUS and I loved the tub in the room. I had an absolutely delightful stay. At night, Antonio was such a gentlemen and actually walked me to my restaurant and walked me back safely to the hotel when I was done with dinner. Mauricio was super helpful, answered all of my questions and the nice young lady at the front desk helped suggest local places/things I wanted to see. I want to stay here again the next time I'm in Puebla.

Nice place in a great location! The building has good bones, but there are some aesthetic updates that could be made. In the city of beautiful tile, I did not expect the bathroom to be entirely painted-over. Struck me as a little off and could use a good clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Good deal for the price.

Such a cute and unique boutique hotel! We had the lofted room which was so spacious and just fun! Had some problems with the tv working and the bathroom could’ve used a good cleaning but overall I would not complain. Love that we were able to reserve the hot tub for an evening too. For the price, it’s an incredible deal. Would definitely come back.

A beautiful setting right in the historic center of Puebla. Although the room was a bit dark, we had a very beautiful and clean room. We would have given it 5 stars but sadly enough we were not able to use the jacuzzi because it didn't warm up okay, and the coffee/ tea service in the morning came quite late. All the rest was great, also the gym with a view of the cathedral!

It's amazing. The front desk staff is wonderful and so kind. The rooms are really cool too. Ve sure to go up to the rooftop deck for insane views. Oh yah, that's also a hot tub and gym on the top floor with amazing views
