Absolutely everything about this place is incredible from the historic building to the food to the service. We were truly impressed. The food is imaginative as it is delicious. They also have a nice variety of interesting cocktails. We plan on coming back for breakfast.

Exquisite, cozy restaurant in a refurbished building. The decor inside was minimalist but very artistic. We were seated on the top floor near a door that led to a small balcony. The dishes were tasteful and done in an artful way. I had a salad with berries and small balls of sherbet. I also had a croquet filled with cottage and goat cheese. It was my favorite part of the meal. The service was excellent and friendly.

Great spot in Puebla for a modern version of Pueblan specialities. Located close to the cathedral, this restaurant is a perfect stop for a lunch/dinner break.
This restaurant comprises different areas (last floor can be privatised), each one with a different atmosphere. The service is very attentive and reactive. The proposed dishes are Pueblan specialities with a hint of contemporary touches. The cemita and pelona were delicious: you can actually taste the meat that was perflectly balanced with the cheese and onions. On the other hand the lamb (birria) was a bit too salty -make sure to ask for limes while ordering this dish. However the lamb was tasty and the sauce very flavorful.
My take: Totally worth the try after your tour downtown!

The food was absolutely delicious. All three dishes were fabulous. The sauces complimented them perfectly. The omelettes were incredible!! I highly recommend this place. The staff were incredibly attentive.

Food were good: duck burrito was too simple but its taste was good for me. Blue corn cream soup was de delicious and looked great.
Main dished seemed a bit overpriced for me and local salaries that's why i didn't order them.
Service is good but maybe too casual. Interior is a bit boring.

We had a lovely dinner at the Nelhua. They offer mexican-contemporary kitchen traditional dishes with a beautiful presentation. I had the mole poblano and it was very delicious. The mole had a variety of interesting flavours but every ingredient fit perfectly together. The service was some of the best I ever experienced. Very attentive, friendly and passionate about their food. Can highly recommend Nelhua!
