Overall the room is clean and spacious. However, it’s close to a club so you need ear plugs. Also sometimes the hot water were turned off and you need to ask the staff to turn it on again. Finally the staff only spoke Spanish.

This hotel has been taken over by a new administration as of April 2020. Everything in the room was in perfect working order. Super high speed internet seems that the hotel has completely remodeled with excellent water pressure, extremely clean vomfortable beds with box springs and has parking on site. The pool is located in the property smack next door in a Hilton partnered 5 star hotel where all that is expected from one who wants to pampered like a king there is that i spend 22 usd in food and or drink which both were so delishious with a world class chef that cranked out the best apetizers and daquiris i have ever had

Such a nice hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the ones with the sea view. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the maids are friendly and very helpful. Lovely staff who all work so hard and with a smile. Entertainment is good, Alexis is so nice and talks to everyone, always has a smile and a lovely greeting. The restaurant staff are amazingly hard working, John, Alexandra, Marina, thank you.

This is more like a hostel not a hotel!!!The only good thing about this place is its location! Price is too expensive for what they offer...also it's non-alike the pictures, and there is no swimming pool, It's fake! Also they charge you more than what it says on the internet! If you pay with credit card they will charge you 6% and if you pay with dollars they would rise the change so they can charge you more.! The Bathroom is too small, the parking is super tiny and you would have to give the key to the guy so he can move your car whenever there is need to. I feel scammed to be honest...there are better options around..so be careful when you choose your hotel on the internet!

A comfortable hotel located right near all the tourist areas like the beach and restaurants the staff and owners were all friendly and very helpful i recommend it to anyone planning on staying in playa del carmen its a nice place everything is in walking distance .

The hotel has been recently taken over by new administración. This is a place that i have been coming to over the years but the new administración has done and incredible remodel on the place . The shower pressure is amazing ,it's literally spotless wifi best signal I have ever had there, I got a really good deal by paying in cash at the front desk. The ability to be able to park your car there and walk to the famous fifth ave and the beach club that they use is awesome!

This hotel has all you need friendly u0026amp; helpful staff head waiter so nice u0026amp; very attentive .I would like to take this chance to thank kitchen staff the best food u0026amp; choice we have ever had.u0026#13;u0026#10;Also it was nice getting International branded drinks the wine was good.u0026#13;u0026#10;Could have done with cocktail bar opening to 7pm if only to sunbathe.u0026#13;u0026#10;Pillows on room bed lumpy
