This small open place nearby the street is nice and friendly. The service is fast and the falafel with small balls was very fresh and fine. The pasta with frutti di mare was fine, but the tomato sauce too liquid. The mango juice with crushed ice huge

I totally liked the vibe of this restaurant on the second floor. Very awesome designs, decorations. The food was also great. I had the whole fish. Very pleased with it. I highly recommend this place. I thought it would be a tourist trap but I was happily surprised. The prices for a US tourist were great. Not a rip off as some other restaurants on 5th Ave.

Was Here in November and decided to give this place a try. We really enjoyed our meal. The food was good the service was good , rhe atmosphere was nice, sat on the second floor and would go back again when in playa del carmen.

Surprised at the 4.4 rating. Every dish we had was great! I’m a vegetarian, and usually the token vegetarian dish tastes like s**t, but in this case the spinach and cheese enchiladas was exactly what I’ve been waiting for. Loved it!

I thought it would be only the atmosphere (which is amazing) but the food was good too. And i love that spicy tomato beer ???? high recommend. You can grab so many photos from this place.

Tropical was recommended by multiple locals to us as a great place for breakfast. I will say that we were ot disappointed. Having had huevos rancheros at multiple restaurants in playa del Carmen this last week, I will say that this was my favorite.
