The place is very close to all important points at the city, but that is the only good thing about it. I saw cockroaches in my room, it is not well equipped and the owners didn’t give us attention at all. When we arrived, at 3pm (the time scheduled on our email), the place was empty. No one was there to receive us. We waited until 7pm, moment when we found internet in the city and read an email sent at 11am (while we were in an airplane) to find out where were the keys. We got upset, but ok. We were there for 4 days and when we asked to change the towels the woman (Angel) charged us 5 dollars per tour, because the place “was not a hotel”. On the last day we checked out, left the keys at the same spot we found it and 10 days after Angel sent us an email saying that is missing one microwave dish (that wasn’t in the room and we notice that) and one electric grill (we never saw this item). She was very rude, insinuating that we stole it. She also said that she has cameras, and when I asked her to send it to me and also watched it and she would see that we didn’t have her things, she said that I have an unappropriate behavior. The bedside lamp was with no light. The AC control was almost without battery. The room smell bad. We had only one trash bag for the 4 nights (probably that’s why we saw cockroaches). The pillow was hard. The bad wasn’t queen size (as they say on booking). This is the worst experience we have ever had in our untire life with an accommodation and the worst part was deal with the owner. She does not know how to talk with her guests. We are travelers that have been in several countries, all continents, we always rent apartments, never had any problem, and we never saw such a bad place and had such a bad customer service. Worst experience ever!
